Kyle and Tsh Oxenreider have been married since 2002 and have three children. They met on the mission field and missions drew them together. For the past four years they worked with a couple ministy teams while living in a Muslim country.

Since before they moved overseas, they would brainstorm and daydream ideas about one day creating a haven for cross-cultural workers to find rest and refreshment. From the get-go, they knew this was the task they wanted to do. They are now serving with Life Impact in Bend on the International Hub team as Director of Operations.

At the same time, they are also available to provide care services for missionaries who want to come to Central Oregon and spend time with them processing personal, family and ministry issues. They do understand what it's like to live and work in a foreign culture, carve out a ministry, and raise very small children while under a lot of stress!
