David and Theresa have 17 years of cross-cultural experience living and working in Central Asia where they planted two churches as well as led a Humanitarian Organization to accomplish major development projects in one of those countries. They have four children raised and educated in that foreign setting. They are also trained coaches with pastoral hearts and can help you process your issues from their wealth of background and experiences.

In addition to providing care for Missionaries and Pastors, they will also be focusing much effort on training Life Impact Staff in coaching skills, as well as being a training resource to other organizations who desire to implement coaching among their staff.
