Life Impact exists to create hosted places of rest and retreat (called Oases) for International Workers, Pastors, and other Christian leaders. We also provide our ministry guests with requested Care Services when they visit an Oasis.

Each Oasis is hosted by a qualified couple or single and takes on the “flavor” of that Host’s gifts, calling, and experiences. Check out the specific Oasis you are interested in to determine if you believe that location and host will be able to meet your needs.

Any of our Oases are open to Missionaries, Pastors, Humanitarian Aid workers, and other Christian leaders who need to take a break, and gain physical, spiritual, and emotional strength.

Any of our locations are suitable for rest and personal retreat. Each of our Hosts has been trained with basic Life Coaching skills and can help you process basic issues you are facing. Sometimes gaining a different perspective on an issue allows one to move forward in a new way with more hope and vigor. In addition to coaching skills, our hosts have other various skills and experiences they can utilize to help you move forward in your life. Again, these additional areas of help can be found on this website under the specific Oasis for that host.

Although some of our staff have professional counseling training and experience, Life Impact is not a “counseling” organization. We provide coaching, spiritual direction, pastoral care, Biblical-pastoral guidance, mentoring, and encouragement. If we discern that professional counseling would benefit you, we will recommend that and help you find a counselor in your area with whom you can process issues over time.

Partners

In addition to our hosted Oases, we also have a number of Life Impact Partners who provide unhosted homes Christian workers may use only for R&R. These Partners are generous believers who make available their vacation homes through Life Impact for the purpose of strengthening Christian workers.
