Your Qualifications Needed:

  • Personal Commitment to Jesus as Savior and Lord, and agreement with the Life Impact Doctrinal Statement.
  • Commitment to global missions, the local church and the Life Impact mission (above)
  • Ability to accomplish practical details, organize projects, and prioritize tasks
  • Motivated by seeing administrative tasks completed and systems running smoothly
  • Self-funded in some way
  • Ability to work harmoniously with others on the team
  • Mission field or church ministries experience advantageous

Your Supervisor:  You are working directly for the Life Impact President, David Knauss, to help him move the organization forward in all aspects so the Life Impact Mission can be accomplished.

Your Primary Contribution:

All administrative systems and functions are operating with excellence & efficiency, thereby supporting the functionality of all staff in Life Impact.  This will include to:

  • Train and educate present and new staff in administrative policies and procedures
  • Problem solve and implement our business systems
  • Support LI policies and procedures
  • Oversee and review the above to catch problems before they happen
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and implement as appropriate
  • Protect the President from involvement in unnecessary operational and administrative details
  • Basically run the day to day workings of Life Impact

Your Essential Job Functions, Assignments, and Responsibilities:

Staff Admin, Development and Oversight

  • Oversee Expense reports — approve, and cut checks
  • Oversee and review staff donations with each staff member and donors
  • On-board new staff with processes and procedures
  • Oversee our SOS, workers comp, medical, travel and liability insurance programs
  • Develop and implement the internet giving and processing system
  • Oversee and develop our Website
  • Oversee our financial operations and provide reports
  • Develop and maintain staff job descriptions


  • Support visa acquisition initially & permanently
  • Ensure any international wire are compliant and completed
  • Travel to various Oases by the President’s requests and for his reasons

Strategic Project Completion

  • Assist the President administratively when needed and requested
  • Set up corporate meetings and conferences when necessary
  • Set up and maintain a Resource File for internal staff development
  • Set up a Directory of other Caregivers and organizations
  • Keep the LI Policies & Procedures Handbook up-to-date
  • Draft new policies as needed for operational continuity
  • Other administrative needs as deemed necessary and not covered here

Staff Support & Administrative System Training

  • Oversee the orientation, training, and implementation of LI staff to admin systems
  • Travel to foreign Oasis locations when necessary to survey and solidify system

LI Representation at Various Venues (when Necessary & Possible)

  • Attend the NW Mission ConneXion
  • Attend the NW Care ConneXion
  • Attend the Pastors-to-Missionaries Conference
