The Mountain Cabin is located in the center of Colorado, by Mount Columbia and the Collegiate Peaks, only 5 miles NW of Buena Vista.

Ministers and missionaries in need of rest are welcome to use the lower walk out level of The Mountain Cabin, consisting of 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a small kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is no TV but sporadic wireless internet access is available.

Besides drinking in the beauty of the area for rest and refreshment, The Mountain Cabin is close to the Arkansas River with rafting available in the summer. Ski areas are about an hour away and there is hiking almost year round.
