We are Board Members of Life Impact, a Care Ministry to Missionaries and Pastors in hosted Centers, we call Oases. We strengthen Christan Workers so they are able to stay in their ministry.
Here's why we are committed to this vital work. Tragically...
- 5% of career missionaries leave the field permanently every year, 70% for preventable reasons.
That amounts to 20,000 workers going home very four years! A tremendous loss of manpower, experience, and financial investment for the Kingdom.
- A survey showed that 1700 pastors left the ministry every month in 2009. Attrition continues.
- 70% of the US Pastors are living in depression while they work. Therefore because of stress factors, over 50% of those starting out will not last over five years in the Pastorate!

Life Impact's 20 Staff are working hard to turn this situation around, one worker or couple at a time. Presently we have 7 hosted Care Centers in the USA and Globally - in Oregon, South Dakota, Slovakia, Costa Rica, and Italy. Check out our website: www.LifeImpactMinistries.net

As Board Members we financially support this work, and we want to invite you to join us in this support at 2011 Year's End.
Our personal goal is to raise $3000 by December 31, 2011.
We know you already heavily support various missionaries, Christian organizations, and your local church.
Along with those strategic Kingdom investments, would you consider a year end gift to help us keep some of these Missionaries and Pastors in their work?
You can give in one of two ways:
